Delete your NiskuStay account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time — from the app, or without it.

In the app

Open the NiskuStay app ▸ Profile ▸ Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. It happens at once and you are signed out.

Without the app

Send an email to niskustay@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my NiskuStay account” from the email address on your account (or tell us the mobile number on it). We confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • your name, mobile number, email, password and profile photo;
  • your chats and call history, and your phones' notification tokens;
  • your enquiries — your name and contact details are removed from them;
  • your listings are taken off the site.

What is kept, and why

If you paid for a premium plan, the payment record (amount, date, reference) is kept, without your contact details, for as long as accounting and tax law require. Your consent record (what you agreed to and when) is kept as proof. Nothing else.
